My garage doors are really old and only open halfway. I'd love to install new ones soon. Thanks for describing the different types of fits.

Forget putting a car in the garage - convert it to a games room! Replace the old garage doors with bifolding glass doors with integral blinds ... well you can still park the car in when necessary if you ensure that the low threshhold version is installed, as the folding-sliding doors open all the way to the sides.

Hi...
I was looking to buying a roller garage door for my garage. I wonder if such garage doors are sturdy, reliable and durable. Thanks for the nice information.

Is is possible to still be able to open these doors in a powercut? I mean, is there still a manual way of opening them like before?

Wow, in the states a new garage door can cost $3000 or more! Its insane, one of the reasons according to the different installers out there is the amount of money they have to spend on workerman compensation pay.

This is a great review for Electric garage doors. I personally had mine installed a few months ago and I have to say I'm very pleased. I think you're right--you will not regret this investment!

Quinns last blog post..<a href="http://4paintball.net/paintball/angel-paintball-guns">Angel Paintball Guns</a>

Pretty comprehensive review! good job...
Agree with you on the idea of installing a manual over ride and it's definitly all about security. Dont spend 1.5k on a garage door install and not buy security locking devices.
