People use their garage to “store things they rarely use” how true (and sad) that is.

When it comes to not scraping the ice of in the morning I actually think a carport is preferable – at least for a car that sees daily use. Because if you fequently drive in and out of a warm garage in cold weather a lot of moisture will develop, which isn’t good for the electronics and may make your windows foggy on the inside.

Electric Garage doors are so much better than having to physically lift up your garage door each time you want to get your vehicle out and have to close it as well.

Electric garage doors really work great unless but these can be messy at times, in a way that there could be an unexpected technical error or a sudden power breakdown that will not see how urgent it is to get yourself out of garage. But overall, these work well enough.

I think the nost people who got an electric garage and dotn use it often are just to lazy for it. I guess the benefits of having a garage far outweighs the inconveniences pointed out here. Even with a manual garage door, it is still better to park inside the garage in the summertime to reduce vaporized emission and during winter too. But it sure is a lot better if you have an electric powered one.
