Now, these vertico garage doors are truly a step better than their overhead cousins. With these, I don't have to always fear that my garage doors might fall on my anytime!

As for me, I always make it a point to check if my garage door springs are broken or near-breaking. I almost suffered losing my feet once when my garage door suddenly shut down because I was too careless to notice that my garage door springs are already broken. Great tips BTW

An awning means more attraction, more visits and more sales.
Benefit of awnings and sunshades is their durability. Most awnings will last for a long period of time, around 10 years to be exact. It offer good protection from rain.

We have found that awnings provide not just protection from the weather no matter sun or rain but also bring a splash of colour to both residential and commercial properties. The UK seems to be behind the States and many countries in Europe in taking up the benefits of awnings.

The Markilux 8000 is one of a number of tensioned exterior roof blinds on the market. The issue with all those that I have come across, with the except of the Caribbean 'Cayman' model roof blind is that there is a gap between the fabric and lateral guide, allowing any strips of light to shine through, the last thing you want when paying a high ticket price conservatory shading.
On the Caribbean 'Cayman' model tensioned roof blind, the fabric finishes within strong 'U' shaped lateral guides to ensure there are no annoying strips of light shining through and also ensuring that no direct solar radiation comes into direct contact with the conservatory roof.
The fabric is the most important part of any solar shading solution so make sure you ask to see the material solar and optical properties but most important ask for test data for the g-value total, this is the total solar energy transmission through both the blind and your specific glazing type - expressed as a fraction of 1 the lower the figure the less the heat gain. So 0.15 simply means that only 15% of the suns energy which is going to be or has already been converted to heat will get inside your conservatory.

Polyester is not more durable than acrylic.
Firstly acrylic by far has better dimensional stability, polyester loses around 50% of its dimensional stability by the end of year one, whereas acrylic virtually retains 100% strength.
The NANO coatings featured on premium fabrics actually mean in terms of dirt repellency that an acrylic fabric performs better. A recent independent test has shown that the dirt repellency is circa 30% better on acrylic 'v' polyester.
The point regarding rain resistance is neither here nor there as water columns will not be too de-similar and any folding arm awning needs to have a pitch of 14 degrees or greater to allow rain shower run off as set out in European Directive EN13561.
Bonded fabrics are not as strong as traditional twin stitched, becoming separated over a shorter period of time especially when there are great temperature fluctuations. Yes bonded fabrics have a smaller seam and therefore potentially less natural characteristics such as rippling around the seam, however, will the seam last for any length of time - probably not.

A really excellent idea and definitely worth buying if you have large garden and want to cover your patio area or similar when you are dining outdoors in the summer months. I've noticed more and more of these awnings outside pubs and restaurants now that the smoking ban in in place.

These awnings are great - I've seen them for years outside shops but didn't realise you could buy them for private use in your garden. Their size means they are ideal for positioning a large patio set underneath for dining outdoors in the summer when there is a risk of rainfall.

Solar panel is a very good source to save our electricity and also in this process help our environment from pollution. But the most important thing is that the cost of solar panel and its maintenance charges are too much high and therefore out of the reach of common people. That is the biggest drawback of solar panel.
